Condominium registry

Italian law (art. 1130 c.c.) requires the administrator to keep an updated registry: owners, tenants, cadastral data, shares.

Steps

  1. Open the condominium and go to the Registry tab.
  2. The registry is auto-generated from properties and contacts.
  3. Check the "Completeness" column — green = complete, yellow = partial, red = missing.
  4. Click the unit to fill in missing data (tax code, email, PEC, phone, cadastral data).
  5. Export to PDF for sharing or the assembly.
Tip: A complete registry avoids penalties and eases call-outs.
