How to call a meeting

Meetings are called by setting date, venue and agenda. Email and in-app notifications are sent automatically.

Steps

  1. Go to Assemblies+ New.
  2. Select condominium, type (ordinary/extraordinary), 1st and 2nd call dates, venue.
  3. Add agenda items with description and vote type.
  4. Click Send call: PDF generated + email to all residents.
  5. Residents get reminders 7 days and 1 day before.
  6. On meeting day, activate live mode for attendance and online votes.
Tip: Use online assembly to reduce absences and formalise minutes.
