How to manage contacts

Contacts contain owners, tenants, suppliers and administrators. They can be individuals or companies.

Steps

  1. Go to Contacts and click + New.
  2. Select type (owner/tenant/supplier/admin) and kind (individual/company).
  3. Individuals: name, surname, tax code. Companies: business name, VAT.
  4. Add contact info: address, ZIP, phone, email.
  5. Suppliers: category, IBAN, payment terms.
  6. Save. The contact is now available for properties, invoices and reminders.
Tip: Use bulk import to load all contacts of a condominium at once.
