How to fill in the ownership share table

Ownership shares represent the portion of each unit out of the total (out of 1000). They are the basis for cost allocation.

Steps

1. Open the condominium and go to the Shares tab.
2. Four types are managed: ownership, heating, water, lift.
3. For each unit enter the shares (total must be 1000 per type).
4. Use "Auto-calc from surface" to distribute proportionally to sqm.
5. Check the total in the summary below.
6. Save. The shares will be used in expense allocation.
