How to add property units

Property units are apartments, garages, shops and cellars within a condominium. Each unit has an owner and optionally a tenant.

Steps

1. Go to Properties and click + New.
2. Select the parent condominium.
3. Fill in: type (apartment/garage/shop/cellar), stairwell, unit number, floor.
4. Enter surface in sqm, rooms, ownership shares.
5. Assign the owner (from Contacts) and optionally the tenant.
6. Save and repeat for each unit.
