How to allocate condominium expenses
The allocation automatically divides an expense among residents by shares or equally.
Steps
- Go to Expenses → + New expense.
- Select condominium, category (ordinary/extraordinary/heating/lift/…).
- Set allocation type: ownership shares, heating, water, lift, or equal.
- Enter amount, date, supplier.
- Open Allocation tab: each resident's share is calculated.
- Click Generate invoices to issue bills to residents.
Tip: Allocated expenses feed the budget and financial statement.
