How to allocate condominium expenses

The allocation automatically divides an expense among residents by shares or equally.

Steps

  1. Go to Expenses+ New expense.
  2. Select condominium, category (ordinary/extraordinary/heating/lift/…).
  3. Set allocation type: ownership shares, heating, water, lift, or equal.
  4. Enter amount, date, supplier.
  5. Open Allocation tab: each resident's share is calculated.
  6. Click Generate invoices to issue bills to residents.
Tip: Allocated expenses feed the budget and financial statement.
