Budget and financial statement

The budget aggregates incomes and expenses per year: budget sets estimates, statement reports at year-end.

Steps

  1. Go to Financial statements, select Budget tab.
  2. Click + New budget and pick condominium + year.
  3. Add line items with estimated amount and category.
  4. At year-end, create the statement: the system imports actual expenses.
  5. Automatic budget vs actual comparison with variances.
  6. Generate PDF for approval assembly.
Tip: The balance reconciliation distributes budget/actual differences among residents.
