Automatic bill import via email

Set a dedicated IMAP mailbox: the system downloads bills via email, analyses and imports them.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Email import.
2. Configure IMAP host, port, email, password (app-specific for Gmail).
3. Set authorized senders (e.g. bills@utility.com).
4. Cron every 15 min downloads new emails.
5. Extracted bills go to Verify queue for approval.
6. Approve or correct extracted data and import.
