Self-reading meters from the portal

Residents can input meter readings (water, gas, electricity) directly from the portal, optionally with a photo.

Steps

1. From the resident portal, go to Meters.
2. Select the meter (serial).
3. Enter current reading and date.
4. Take or upload a display photo (optional, recommended).
5. Submit: the admin receives a notification.
6. Admin validates and creates estimated bill or reconciles with real one.
