Online meeting with remote voting

Live assembly allows residents to participate and vote remotely via real-time WebSocket.

Steps

1. Open the assembly and click Start live.
2. Residents get a join link (or use the app).
3. Check attendance: quorum is auto-calculated.
4. For each agenda item, launch the vote: yes / no / abstain.
5. Votes are recorded with timestamp and shares.
6. Close the vote; outcome is auto-computed.
7. End the meeting: the minutes draft is auto-generated.
