Tenant portal guide

The tenant portal lets you view documents, pay fees, open tickets and communicate with the administrator.

Steps

  1. Home shows open fees, tickets, expired documents.
  2. Documents: download contracts, bills, certifications.
  3. Payments: see balance, pay via PayPal/card, download receipts.
  4. Tickets: open issues with photo for faults or requests.
  5. Meters: submit self-reading with photo.
  6. AI Chatbot: ask 24/7 questions about rules, deadlines, payments.
Tip: Configure email/push notifications in your profile settings.
