Initial system configuration

Set fundamental configurations before starting: email, tax, branding, notifications.

Steps

1. ⚙️ → Email settings: SMTP host, port, credentials; send test email.
2. ⚙️ → Tax settings: VAT, regime, recipient code for e-invoicing.
3. ⚙️ → Branding: logo, company name, colors (white-label).
4. ⚙️ → Email notifications: toggle 19 types, days before deadlines.
5. ⚙️ → Menu management: hide items by role (admin/manager/user).
6. ⚙️ → Property fields: custom fields per type.
