How to upload and manage documents

Upload and organise all condominium documents: contracts, certificates, insurance, invoices, minutes.

Steps

  1. Go to Documents and click + New.
  2. Select category (Cadastre, Compliance, Fire prev., Other) and type.
  3. Link to property and optionally the owner.
  4. Enter expiry date if time-limited.
  5. Drag PDF/JPG file or click to browse (max 20 MB).
  6. Add notes and save. The document is indexed and searchable.
Tip: Use AI verification to automatically check completeness and validity.
