Guest registration (Police communication)

Italian law (art. 109 TULPS) requires reporting guest data to the Police within 24 hours of check-in via the Alloggiati Web portal.

Steps

  1. Go to Alloggiati WebAdd guest.
  2. Select booking: name, dates and ID pre-filled.
  3. Complete guest data: sex, birth date and place, citizenship.
  4. Enter document type and number, arrival/departure dates.
  5. Save. Repeat for each guest or use "Save and add another" for groups.
  6. To communicate tab: select and click Generate file.
  7. Download the .txt, upload it to the Police portal, then mark as sent.
Tip: The system sends email alerts if 24h pass without reporting.
